1. About Queen Shelf

Queen Shelf is a personal digital bookstore operated by author Jiqena, based in Bermuda. All works sold here are written and published by Jiqena.

2. Digital products

All books are delivered as PDF files via a secure, time-limited download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may download each purchased file up to three times within fifteen minutes of the link being issued.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and paid in their USD-equivalent amount in digital assets. Payments are accepted only through digital wallets — Decaf, or any Stellar-compatible wallet such as Lobstr. We do not accept card, bank, or other fiat payment methods. This is a digital commerce store; nothing sold here is a security, share, stock, or investment product.

4. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read the work. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or upload the file to any third-party service.

5. Bermuda jurisdiction

This sale is governed by the laws of Bermuda. Buyers acknowledge that Jiqena, as a Bermuda-based seller, has made commercially reasonable efforts to comply with applicable digital-goods regulations and recommends consulting a Bermuda-licensed financial advisor regarding any individual tax obligations.
